Notice of Hearing on Petition for Receivership in Financial Institutions Division v. Masonic Cemetery Association of Las Vegas

The New Mexico Financial Institutions Division has filed a Verified Petition for Appointment of Receiver against the Masonic Cemetery Association of Las Vegas, Inc. and related respondents. A public hearing on the merits of this petition is scheduled for September 4, 2019, at 8:30 AM before District Judge Gerald Baca at the San Miguel County Courthouse. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the hearing to offer input, and copies of the petition are available on the Division's website.
