Master Circular for Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs)
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued this Master Circular to consolidate all applicable regulations for Real Estate Investment Trusts into a single document effective November 13, 2024. It supersedes previous circulars while preserving pending applications and legal proceedings, and mandates the use of the SEBI Intermediary Portal for all online filings.
