COBAC Instruction I-2008/01 Updating the CERBER Regulatory Data Collection and Reporting System for Credit Institutions
The Central African Banking Commission (COBAC) has issued Instruction I-2008/01 to update the CERBER regulatory data collection and reporting system for credit institutions. This instruction mandates that regulated banks transmit monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual regulatory statements to the COBAC General Secretariat according to standardized templates and consistency checks. It supersedes Instruction I-99/03, incorporates multiple existing capital, liquidity and risk regulations, and entered into force on 1 January 2009.
