This directive requires banks to refund the full value of these fees for checks returned due to insufficient funds between January 1, 2025, and February 28, 2025. The regulation applies to all licensed banks operating in the governorates of Tulkarm, Jenin, and Tubas and takes effect immediately upon issuance.
