The Central Bank of Brazil issued Circular Letter No. 4072 to amend the layout and filling instructions for Document 3040 (Credit Risk Data) within the Credit Information System (SCR). The regulation introduces a new regulatory usage type for operations contracted under the CGPE (Working Capital Program for Business Preservation) and mandates its application to both new operations and credit assignments. These new versions of the layout and instructions become effective as of the August 2020 data base, with optional submission for July 2020 under assisted production.
