The directive mandates that financial institutions immediately utilize the platform to monitor UN Security Council sanctions and review national and international listing lists. Banks are required to implement all necessary measures to ensure strict compliance with and immediate execution of relevant Security Council resolutions concerning counter-terrorism, terrorism financing, and weapons non-proliferation.
