The Central Bank of Brazil issued Circular Letter No. 4062 to amend the layout and filling instructions for Document 3040 (Credit Risk Data) within the SCR system. The regulation introduces new regulatory linkage domains, specific operational types for Pronampe and FGI PEAC programs, and detailed limit and amortization system categories effective from July 2020 through May 2021. Institutions are permitted to submit information related to the August 2020 changes under an assisted production regime starting from the July 2020 data base.
