Accelerated Filer and Large Accelerated Filer Definitions; Correction
The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a final rule correction to fix typographical errors in the dates of an example within its March 26, 2020, amendments to accelerated filer definitions. Specifically, the Commission corrected the year 2020 to 2021 and 2019 to 2020 in the Supplementary Information section of the original document. This correction became effective on April 9, 2020, ensuring the accuracy of the regulatory guidance regarding filer status determinations.
