ACD Circular Letter No. 02: Agricultural loan disbursement in newly included 111 enclaves in Bangladesh
The document amends the certification requirement for agricultural land ownership in the 111 enclaves newly included in Bangladesh under the Bangladesh-India Land Boundary Agreement. Specifically, it replaces the previously required certificate from the Upazila Executive Officer or Sub-Registrar with a certificate from the Upazila Executive Officer or Assistant Commissioner (Land). This change applies to the disbursement of agricultural and fisheries loans in accordance with the Agricultural and Fisheries Loan Policy and Circular, and takes effect immediately.
