Instruction No. 2019-I-10 of April 18, 2019 amending Instruction No. 2015-I-15 of June 30, 2015 regarding the composition of files for administrative approval or extension for insurance or reinsurance undertakings

The amendment replaces the previous submission rules by mandating that all relevant dossiers be submitted electronically via the ACPR's specific authorization portal.
