Agreement announcing the non-business days of 2023 for the National Customs Agency of Mexico
This agreement designates November 2, 2023, as a non-business day for the National Customs Agency of Mexico, suspending the computation of legal deadlines and terms for acts and procedures before its administrative units on that date. Operations and customs clearance will continue with necessary personnel in accordance with Article 13 of the Fiscal Code of the Federation, Articles 1, 10, 18, 19, 35, 36, and 43 of the Customs Law, Article 14 of its Regulations, and Annex 4 of the General Foreign Trade Rules. The agreement enters into force on the day of its publication.
