Amending Circular 11/21 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Surety Bonds
The National Commission of Insurance and Surety Bonds amends Article 26.2.4 and Article 38.1.9 to require the submission of the SESAF monthly statistical summary by branch and sub-branch within the first twenty-two business days following the month-end. The Commission repeals Articles 26.1.4, 26.2.4, and 38.1.9 sections related to previous reporting formats and eliminates Annexes 38.1.9-y and 38.1.9-z. It updates Annex 38.1.9-x to define the RR8RYS product nomenclature and file structure for surety and insurance institutions, while allowing optional clarification documents via the RR8RYSESC product format. These changes take effect upon publication in the Official Journal of the Federation.
