Amending Circular 19/19 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties
The National Insurance and Sureties Commission declares specific dates in late December 2019 and early January 2020 as non-working days for all legal purposes due to staff vacation periods. The affected dates are December 23, 24, 26, 27, 30, and 31, 2019, and January 2, 3, 6, and 7, 2020. This modification updates Annex 13.3.1 of the Single Circular on Insurance and Sureties and entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation on December 17, 2019.
