The National Banking and Securities Commission amends the transitional article of a January 2018 resolution to extend the effective date for specific Financial Information Standards (B-17, C-3, C-9, C-16, C-19, C-20, D-1, D-2, and D-5) issued by the Mexican Council of Financial Reporting Standards. This extension sets the mandatory application date for these standards as January 1, 2021, for clearing houses and liquidating members participating in exchange-traded derivatives markets. The current amending resolution entered into force on the day following its publication in the Official Gazette.
