Amendment in the Real Estate Investment Trust Regulations 2008

NOTIFICATION
S.RO. 686 (I) /2010.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 282B of the Companies Ordinance , 1984 (XLVII of 1984), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to make the following amendment in the Real Estate Investment Trust Regulations 2008, namely,- In the aforesaid Regulations,- (a) In Regulation 3, sub-regulation 2, clause (f), the words “to the RMC” shall be omitted.
