Amendment of Circular CSSF 18/703 on semi-annual reporting of borrower-related residential real estate indicators
Circular CSSF 21/772 amends Circular CSSF 18/703 to update the data collection template for semi-annual reporting of borrower-related residential real estate indicators by lenders in Luxembourg. The amendment introduces clarifications and additional data requirements to monitor compliance with Regulation CSSF No 20-08 on borrower-based measures for residential real estate credit. Lenders must submit reports for the reference dates of 31 December and 30 June by 15 April and 15 October respectively, using the updated template available on the CSSF website. The circular enters into force with immediate effect upon its publication date.
