Amendment to Points 7 and 8 of the Guidelines for Life Insurance Companies Handling Interest-Rate-Linked Insurance Products

The Financial Supervisory Commission amends Points 7 and 8 of the Guidelines for Life Insurance Companies Handling Interest-Rate-Linked Insurance Products. These changes apply to life insurance companies managing interest-rate-linked insurance products. The amendments become effective on January 1, 2027.
