CHANGES TO POLICY STATEMENT 12-202 RESPECTING REVOCATION OF CERTAIN CEASE TRADE ORDERS
- Section 2 of Policy Statement 12-202 respecting Revocation of Certain Cease Trade
Orders is changed
(1) by inserting, after the definition of “cease trade order”, the following:
““fund report” means a fund report as defined in Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure (chapter V-1.1, r. 42);”; (2) by striking out the definition of “MRFP”. - Section 5 of the Policy Statement is changed by striking out “(chapter V-1.1, r. 42)” in
subparagraph (c) of paragraph (2). - Section 6 of the Policy Statement is changed:
(1) by replacing “interim MRFP” in the text preceding paragraph (a) by “interim fund reports”; (2) by replacing “annual MRFP” in paragraph (a) by “annual fund reports”; (3) by replacing “interim MRFP” in paragraph (c) by “interim fund reports”.
