The Central Bank of Uzbekistan amends the Guidance on Bank Accounts to require legal entities to process payroll and equivalent payments from their main account, repeal a specific sub-clause, and remove the requirement for notarized confirmation in certain provisions. The regulation updates the format for signature and seal specimen cards, mandates the submission of duplicate cards for accounting and control purposes, and establishes procedures for account closure during liquidation. It further requires banks to report inactive accounts to tax authorities within three days, with shorter thresholds for trading entities, and updates the associated application forms.
