Amendments In 4th & 5th Schedule To Companies Ordinance Concerning Related Party Transactions

NOTIFICATION

S.R.O 1261 (I)/2008. In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 505 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (XLVII of 1984), read with clause ( c ) of Section 43 of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan Act, 1997 (XLII of 1997), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan is pleased to direct that the following clauses/sub-clauses in Part I of the Fourth Schedule and in Part I of the Fifth Schedule of the said Ordinance shall be deleted, namely:-

Fourth Schedule
(i) sub-clause (i) of clause 2; (ii) sub-clause (iv) of clause 2; (iii) sub-clause (vi) of clause 2; and (iv) clause 6.

Fifth Schedule
(i) sub-clause (v) of clause 2.
