Amendments Proposed to the Regulation on Supervision of Electronic Financial Transactions
The Financial Services Commission proposes amendments to the Regulation on Supervision of Electronic Financial Transactions to allow financial institutions and other registered entities to use cloud services for managing personal credit and personally identifiable information. These entities must evaluate the soundness and security of cloud service providers according to the standards set forth in Annex 2-2 of the regulation. The proposed amendments are open for public comment until October 30, 2018.
