Amendments to Policy Statement 11-207 Respecting Failure-to-File Cease Trade Orders and Revocations in Multiple Jurisdictions
The securities regulators amended Policy Statement 11-207 to align terminology with Regulation 81-106 respecting Investment Fund Continuous Disclosure. The changes replace the definition and references of "MRFP" with "fund report" to ensure consistency across multiple jurisdictions. These updates modify Section 3 by inserting a new definition and striking out the old one, while Section 24 and Section 25 are revised to substitute the outdated acronym with the standardized term in relevant paragraphs.
