Announcement: Expiry of an authorization
The Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority (FMA) has formally determined the expiry of Valeria Capital AG's asset management license following the company's written waiver. Pursuant to Article 30 paragraph 1 letter a of the VVG, this authorization officially ceases on 21 April 2026. As a result, Valeria Capital AG is permanently prohibited from providing or brokering financial services under Article 3 of the VVG.
