Application fees for electronic money institutions
De Nederlandsche Bank charges a fee for considering applications for authorisation as an electronic money institution. This fee applies regardless of whether the application is granted, rejected, withdrawn, or if consideration ceases. Additionally, an annual fee is charged to cover the costs of regular supervision for these institutions. The specific amounts for one-off processing costs are set out in the Regulation on the financing of financial supervision of one-off actions.
