NAMFISA has issued Standard CIS.S.4.14 to prescribe the manner and form for public companies applying for registration as managers of collective investment schemes under the Financial Institutions and Markets Act, 2021. Applicants must submit a completed written application with specified schedules, pay a non-refundable five thousand Namibian dollar fee, and provide supporting documentation including audited financial statements, a trust deed, and fit-and-proper declarations for directors and management. The Authority will assess complete applications within 120 days, retaining the authority to request additional information or require personal representation before issuing a final registration decision.
