The Namibia Financial Institutions Supervisory Authority requires applicants to submit complete documentation and information with all applications. If required documents are missing or information is incomplete, applicants are given seven days, excluding weekends and public holidays, to provide the outstanding items. Applications that do not meet these requirements within the specified period are declined, with application fees remaining non-refundable, though applicants retain the right to submit a new, complete application upon payment of the applicable fee.
