UNLICENSED Noelle Dodge, Pingree Grove, Unlicensed - ordered to cease and desist the unlicensed practice of clinical psychology. BARBER, COSMETOLOGY, ESTHETICS, HAIR BRAIDING AND NAIL TECHNOLOGY Amanda Amburn, Plainfield, 011242612 - cosmetologist license suspended for failure to file and/or pay Illinois state income taxes. Carly Bajda, Batavia, 011250305 - cosmetologist license is suspended for failure to file and/or pay Illinois state income taxes. Anjelica Bannos, Mount Prospect, 131006782 - esthetician license is suspended for failure to file and/or pay Illinois state income taxes. Dion Beecham, Chicago Heights, 006068419 - barber license issued and placed on probation for 12 months for violation of Illinois Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding and Nail Technology Act. Algela Brown, Chicago, 006068383 - barber license issued with reprimand for violation of the Illinois Barber, Cosmetology, Esthetics, Hair Braiding and Nail Technology Act.
