Arbitration Mechanism through Stock Exchanges - Introduction of Automatic Process and Common Pool of arbitrators

All Stock Exchanges having nation-wide trading terminals must pool their arbitrator lists into a 'Common Pool' and make it publicly available. If parties fail to choose an arbitrator, an 'Automatic Process' selects one chronologically, sending real-time alerts and appointment communications by the next working day. Arbitrators must decline conflicts of interest upfront, with SEs recording reasons for any timeline extensions. This circular replaces current selection methods and takes effect on 1st April 2013.
