ATVP Board Adopts General Acts under the Pension and Disability Insurance Act (ZPIZ-2)
The Securities Market Agency (ATVP) Board adopted three general acts on March 19, 2026, to implement the Pension and Disability Insurance Act (ZPIZ-2) and replace existing decisions regarding mutual pension funds. These acts establish detailed rules for permissible investments, management regulations for mutual and umbrella pension funds, and the content of accession declarations for individual insurance pension plans. The new regulations will enter into force on the fifteenth day after publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, with specific transitional provisions for certain funds until their plans are aligned with the new law.
