ATVP Established the Register of INR Providers
The Slovenian Securities Market Agency (ATVP) has established a public Register of Individual Investment Account (INR) providers and registered the first six entities. Under the newly effective Law on Individual Investment Accounts (ZINR), only entities listed in this register, including domestic brokerages, asset management companies, banks, and EU-based firms, are authorized to offer INR services. ATVP will conduct oversight to ensure that all registered providers comply with legal requirements to adequately protect account holders.
