Authorization of the Reorganization of JSC „NOVAHABITAT” from a Joint-Stock Company to a Limited Liability Company
The National Commission of the Financial Market (CNPF) authorized JSC „NOVAHABITAT” to reorganize by transforming from a joint-stock company into a limited liability company, based on its April 25 application and supporting documents submitted in May. This Decision, issued by President Dumitru Budianschi on June 4, 2024 (No. 27/3), takes effect immediately upon adoption and mandates publication in the Official Monitor and on the CNPF website. Stakeholders may appeal this authorization by filing a prior application with the CNPF in Chișinău within 30 days of notification.
