Authorization of the Reorganization of the Central Universal Store "UNIC" JSC into the Limited Liability Company "UNIC"
The National Financial Market Commission of Moldova authorized the transformation of the Central Universal Store "UNIC" Joint Stock Company into a Limited Liability Company. This decision follows the review of the company's application and supporting documents submitted in August and September 2025. The ruling entered into force upon adoption and was published in the Official Monitor and on the Commission's website.
