Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 11/17/PBI/2009 on Revision of External Debt Reporting Obligation
Bank Indonesia issued Regulation No. 11/17/PBI/2009 to revise the external debt reporting obligations for banks, non-bank institutions, and individuals. The regulation suspends the enforcement of administrative penalties for reporting violations from April 1, 2005, through December 31, 2010. This measure aims to improve data quality for balance of payment statistics while providing a grace period for regulatory compliance.
