BCB INSTRUCTION NO. 14, OF SEPTEMBER 8, 2020
Amends BCB Instruction No. 9, of August 20, 2020, which establishes the operating hours of DICT and Pix during the restricted operation phase.
The Head of the Department of Competition and Financial Market Structure (Decem), in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Art. 97-A, item V, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, and taking into account the provisions of Sections IV and V of Chapter XXII of the Regulation annexed to BCB Resolution No. 1, of August 12, 2020,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1 The preamble of Instruction No. 9, of August 20, 2020, shall be effective with the following wording:
“The Head of the Department of Competition and Financial Market Structure (Decem), in the exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Art. 97-A, item V, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, annexed to Ordinance No. 84,287, of February 27, 2015, and taking into account the provisions of Sections IV and V of Chapter XXII of the Regulation annexed to BCB Resolution No. 1, of August 12, 2020,” (NR)
Art. 2 Instruction No. 9, of 2020, shall be effective with the following wording:
“Art. 1 The restricted operation phase of DICT, referred to in Section IV of Chapter XXII of the Regulation annexed to BCB Resolution No. 1, of August 12, 2020, shall occur from October 5, 2020, to November 15, 2020, with:
I - ......................................................................................................................
II - during the period from November 3, 2020, to November 15, 2020, the access hours to DICT shall follow the operating hours of Pix, as provided in Art. 2.” (NR)
“Art. 2 The restricted operation phase of Pix, referred to in Section V of Chapter XXII of the Regulation annexed to BCB Resolution No. 1, of 2020, shall occur from November 3, 2020, to November 15, 2020, with the sending and receiving of transactions to be carried out:
