The questionnaire addresses security aspects related to Pix.
Compliance with these aspects is mandatory for all participants. Thus, failure to meet all of these aspects, as well as failure to effectively implement the provided security mechanisms, from the beginning of the restricted operation stage, subjects the applicant to rejection of the membership application.

The questionnaire addresses security aspects related to Pix.
Compliance with these aspects is mandatory for all participants. Accordingly, failure to meet all of these aspects, as well as failure to effectively implement the provided security mechanisms, from the beginning of the restricted operation stage, subjects the applicant to rejection of the adherence request.
The participant must store evidence supporting its adherence to the aspects listed in this questionnaire at the time of submission to the Central Bank of Brazil. This evidence may be requested by the Central Bank of Brazil and may include, at the participant's discretion, diagrams, topologies, flowcharts, screenshots, queries with their respective returns, or other documents it deems pertinent.
It is important to emphasize that the eventual provision, to the Central Bank of Brazil, of incorrect documents, data or information or in disagreement with the deadlines and conditions established in legal or regulatory norms constitutes an infraction punishable under current legislation.

As defined in paragraph 8 of Voto 280/2021–BCB, of 10 November 2021, the Pix Regulation is not characterized as a regulatory act of binding force, having, in fact, an eminently contractual nature; therefore, modifications made to said regulation are not subject to the prior production of a regulatory impact analysis (RIA). As provided for in Decreto nº 10.411, of 30 June 2020, the RIA is mandatory only for the issuance of normative acts of general interest produced by the bodies and entities of the direct and indirect federal public administration.
