RESOLVES:
Art. 1 This Resolution establishes the procedures necessary for the execution of the transfer of resources to effectuate the portability of credit operations and financial leasing, as provided for in CMN Resolution No. 5,057, of December 15, 2022, to be observed by financial institutions and other institutions authorized to operate by the Central Bank of Brazil.
