BCB RESOLUTION NO. 341, OF SEPTEMBER 21, 2023

Amends
Table I –
Public release acts with risk level III, contained in the Annex to BCB Resolution No. 317, of April 27, 2023, which establishes maximum deadlines for the administrative decision on requests for public release acts of the economic activity required from the Central Bank of Brazil.

The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on September 21, 2023, based on arts. 3, § 1, and 10 of Decree No. 10,178, of December 18, 2019, with the changes introduced by Decree No. 10,219, of January 30, 2020,

RESOLVES:

Art. 1. Table I – Public release acts with risk level III, contained in the Annex to BCB Resolution No. 317, of April 27, 2023, shall enter into force in the form of the Annex to this Resolution.

Art. 2. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
