BCB Resolution No. 354 — Amends BCB Resolution No. 139 of September 15, 2021, Regarding the Disclosure of the Social, Environmental and Climate Risks and Opportunities Report (GRSAC Report)

BCB RESOLUTION NO. 354, OF NOVEMBER 28, 2023

Amends BCB Resolution No. 139, of September 15, 2021, which provides for the disclosure of the Social, Environmental and Climate Risks and Opportunities Report (GRSAC Report).

The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in a session held on November 28, 2023, based on the provisions of Articles 9, 10, item IX, and 11, item VII, of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, and Article 9, item II, of Law No. 12,865, of October 9, 2013, and having in view the provisions of Article 56 of Resolution No. 4,557, of February 23, 2017, and Article 63 of BCB Resolution No. 265, of November 25, 2022,

RESOLVES:

Art. 1º BCB Resolution No. 139, of September 15, 2021, shall be enforced with the following alterations:

“Art. 15. The disclosure of the GRSAC Report in the open data format shall be required starting from the reference date of December 2024.”(NR)

Art. 2º This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
