Amends Resolution BCB No. 1, of August 12, 2020, which establishes the Pix payment arrangement and approves its Regulations, to adjust a device related to participation criteria in Pix; amends the regulation attached to Resolution BCB No. 1, of August 12, 2020, which regulates the operation of the Pix payment arrangement, to: admit the initiation of transactions related to the Pix Automatic product on salary accounts, introduce hybrid billing, adjust a device related to Pix Withdrawal, adjust and revoke devices that refer to a device already revoked, insert a device regarding the requirements and procedures for participation in Pix, adjust the device related to the loss of the status of a Pix participant, assign a new obligation to Pix participants, insert and adjust devices that deal with the marking of founded suspicion of transactional fraud, and insert a device to regulate the resources appealed against decisions of the Central Bank of Brazil within the scope of Pix; and amends Annex I to Resolution BCB No. 507, of September 26, 2025, which establishes the procedure for determining non-compliance with the Pix Regulations and the parameters for applying penalties, to adjust the deadline for removal from Pix of an institution to which an exclusion penalty is applied.
