BCB Resolution No. 594 — Amends Annex to Resolution BCB No. 317 Regarding Public Release Acts with Risk Level III
This resolution updates the text of Annex I to Resolution BCB No. 317, which lists public release acts with risk level III, and amends Annexes I and II to Resolution BCB No. 108. The provisions apply to requests filed with the Central Bank of Brazil starting from the date this resolution enters into force, which is its publication date. The changes are enacted by the Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil following a session on September 30, 2026.

R E S O L V E:
Article 1. Annex I – Public Release Acts with Risk Level III, contained in the annex to Resolution BCB No. 317, of April 27, 2023, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on May 2, 2023, shall enter into force as set forth in Annex I to this Resolution.
Article 2. Annexes I and II to Resolution BCB No. 108, of June 24, 2021, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on June 28, 2021, shall enter into force as set forth in Annex II to this Resolution.
Article 3. The provisions of this Resolution apply to requests filed with the Central Bank of Brazil from the date this Resolution enters into force.
Article 4. This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
