Art. 1 The regulation annexed to BCB Resolution No. 1, of August 12, 2020, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on August 13, 2020, shall come into force with the following changes:

IX - possess monitoring and action mechanisms against recipient users who send undue payment instructions within the scope of the Automatic Pix product or who send excessive offers requesting authorization for the inclusion of transactions in Automatic Pix; X - disclose the Special Return Mechanism, referred to in Chapter XI, Section II, focusing on the vulnerable public, in its advertising and service channels, through clear and accessible information; and XI - prevent the processing, settlement, and enablement of transactions intended for fixed-odds betting lotteries, except for transactions necessary for the closing of operations and the restitution of amounts to bettors, in accordance with art. 14, caput, of Provisional Measure No. 1,394, of September 25, 2026. ......................................................” (NR) Art. 2 This Resolution comes into force on the date of its publication.
