Board Resolution No. 012/2011
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of up to Bs846,000,000 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the South Thermoelectric Plant project. The resolution authorizes the BCB President to negotiate the specific terms and conditions of the credit contract with ENDE, subject to subsequent Board approval, while mandating that the funds be used exclusively for this national priority project and that future project revenues cover debt service. The President and General Management are tasked with executing and complying with the resolution.
