The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs763,938,000 to the Empresa Nacional de Electricidad (ENDE) to finance the "Planta Termoeléctrica del Sur" project. The loan carries a 20-year term with a five-year principal grace period, an annual interest rate of 1.05%, and a disbursement deadline of December 30, 2013. The resolution mandates that the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance issue non-negotiable Treasury Bonds to serve as collateral for the obligation, replacing the guarantees originally offered by ENDE.
