Board Resolution No. 015/2015
The Central Bank of Bolivia amends the Specific Regulation for Credit Concession under Laws No. 261 and No. 614 by adding Article 11, which establishes the procedure for modifying the credit contract. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance must submit a written request signed by the Minister of Economy, a new payment plan and disbursement schedule, and a legalized presidential decree appointing the Minister if necessary. This modification enters into force upon the approval of the resolution.
