Board Resolution No. 050/2014
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends Article 6 of the Specific Regulation for the Granting of Credit under Law No. 261 to require that financial conditions follow the procedure established in the Regulation's Appendix. This resolution updates the financial terms for the credit authorized for the construction of the Cable Transport System (Teleferico) in La Paz and El Alto, ensuring alignment with the concessionality degree set by the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance. The modification enters into force on the date of approval of this Resolution.
