Board Resolution No. 023/2022: Approval of the Regulation for the Registration and Operations of the External Public Debt of the Plurinational State of Bolivia

It also defines the accounting treatment for liabilities with international organizations and sets deadlines for the submission of debt statements and reconciliation acts.
