Board Resolution No. 045/2014
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia approves a concessional extraordinary credit of Bs 3,114,868,692 to the National Electric Company (ENDE) to finance the Miguillas Hydroelectric Project. The loan carries a 30-year term with a 5-year grace period and an annual interest rate of 1.31%, secured by non-negotiable Treasury Bonds. The resolution authorizes the Central Bank President to sign the contract and sets a disbursement deadline of June 29, 2018.
