Board Resolution No. 144/2013
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia amends Article 7 of the Regulation for the Granting of Credit to Strategic National Public Enterprises (EPNE) for the 2010-2013 fiscal years to require that financial conditions follow the procedure established in the Regulation's Appendix. This amendment mandates that the discount rate and concessionality degree for EPNE credits be determined using specific calculation methods based on Treasury bond auction rates and Ministry of Economy and Public Finance resolutions. The modification enters into force upon the approval of this Resolution.
