Board Resolution No. 070/2025
The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of Bolivia revokes Board Resolution No. 064/2021, which previously approved the "Sworn Declaration of Accompanied Luggage and Ingress and Egress of Foreign Currency" form. This action aligns with Supreme Decree No. 5404, which transfers the responsibility for providing the mandatory registration form for physical currency movements between $10,000 and $50,000 (entry) or $10,000 and $20,000 (exit) to the National Customs Agency. Consequently, the Central Bank is no longer tasked with issuing this specific declaration form.
