Board Resolution No. 103 A Registering the Rules of Kverdi Equity Fund
The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 103 A on June 20, 2025, to formally register the Rules of the Kverdi Equity Fund. This action responds to an application submitted by Kverdi Fund Management LLC on May 13, 2025, for the registration of its non-public, contractual investment fund. The resolution becomes effective upon registration with the management company or the day following its delivery to an authorized representative.
